SENSEX : Sell below 18111 and keep your stops a few points above 18182.
Buy above 18182 and keep your stops a few points below 18111.
RIL : Sell below 898 with stops above 902.
Buy above 902 with stops below 898.
INFOSYS : Sell below 2819 with stops above 2842.
Buy above 2842 with stops below 2819.
Just remember, you need to take the trades as many times as the market offers you and be consistent !
